Shannon didn’t begin her career in boardrooms or on stages. She started folding jeans at Levi’s - watching the clock, repeating the same motions - and quietly realised there had to be more than trading time for a capped paycheck.
That led her into sales. She rose quickly — often as the youngest, and sometimes the only, woman in the room.
She joined an events company, and helped it scale from $1M to $7M in two years. She quickly rose to be Head of Sales. Later, as COO of an education company, she built the sales and ascension systems that took the business from zero to $12M in under a year.
Today, Shannon is known in Singapore for building structured high-ticket sales systems where buyers feel led, understood, and “close themselves”.
